Angela has spent her career building and scaling operations inside high-growth, founder-led companies. She spent six years at Freshii as VP of People and Chief of Staff, working alongside the founder and CEO on strategy, executive hiring, and organisational design across 400+ locations and 18 countries. She then co-founded Percy, building a distributed team of 300+ employees across three countries from scratch. Most recently she has run her own executive coaching and operational consulting practice, helping founder-led companies redesign their teams, delegate, and build the operating systems needed to scale. She joins Lightworks as Chief of Staff.
