Arrian leads engineering strategy and delivery at Lightworks and is the lead architect on the Agentic Control Plane. Before Lightworks, he led R&D for Cloud at a major financial institution, building self-service multi-cloud compliant landing zones and application deployment platforms from scratch. He has spent his career inside the environments where security, compliance, and operational rigour are not optional. Arrian is the head of engineering for the Agentic Control Plane.
