James has spent 15 years inside the security architecture of some of the world's most regulated banking environments. He served as Director of AWS Cloud Security Architecture at RBC, holding direct accountability for AWS security across 100+ accounts supporting critical banking services. He led the cloud architecture for Canada's Vaccine Connect program, a national-scale AWS deployment built to PBMM security standards. He has supported major national banks across Canada and internationally. James works on CTOaaS, as well as migration and modernization.
