Wes has led large technology programs at some of the world's highly regulated institutions, including a global wealth management firm, TELUS, and CIBC, and held direct VP-level accountability for enterprise-wide platform engineering and cloud strategy at Rogers. His delivery record spans cloud migration at scale, AI and ML platform enablement, mainframe modernisation, and large-scale infrastructure transitions. He brings 20 years of operating inside environments where the margin for error is structurally low. Wes works on modernization practice, managed currency, and SAS migrations.
