Migrate and Modernize supports organizations undertaking large-scale transitions across cloud, data, and core systems. Our focus is on how migration programs are run, informed by 15 years of direct, hands-on experience delivering them in highly regulated environments. We led the first Tier-1 material application migration to public cloud, establishing precedents that remain industry standard today. We continue to return to organizations where programs we established five or ten years ago are still operating as designed — delivering the technical, operational, and regulatory outcomes originally defined. That durability is the benchmark we apply to every engagement.

Our teams bring deep experience designing and operating migrations at scale, coordinating complex delivery organizations, vendor ecosystems, and deeply embedded legacy platforms. Through repeated execution, we have refined practical approaches to sequencing, governance, and delivery that work under real-world constraints. Today, that same discipline and rigor are being applied to the modernization of mainframe platforms — the final and most complex frontier of enterprise modernization.
